Hawthorn berry, leaf & flower, Fresh Milky Oat seed, Fresh Lemon Balm herb, Fresh Skullcap herb, German Chamomile flower, Fresh Bacopa herb, Ginger root, Cinnamon bark

Other Ingredients:

Vegetable Glycerin, Distilled Water, Organic Grain and/or Cane Alcohol (10% or less), Organic Peppermint Essential Oil (less than 0.1%).

Suggested Use:

2-3 droppers with water, two to four times daily, or as needed.
